It's really up to you! The course is broken down into short video lessons on each topic, and you can watch them over time, or in a binge weekend, depending on what suits you! The first few modules are delivered one week at a time so you don't get ahead of yourself or overwhelmed. You can always go back and re-watch again.

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. I will be dripping out the modules the first few weeks just so you don't get ahead of yourself or start to feel overwhelmed. The live video Q & A sessions will take place over the first six weeks.
